yesterday mckenzie introduced me to this wicked magazine called FRANKIE.
well best magazine ever.(first time i actually read the articles.YES!)

yes, i forgot to mention,it is an australian magazine.

a couple sentences from this article called "what would you teach your children?" that i really liked.
- i need a paper bag. all the excess of oxygen in the room makes it difficult to breathe
- trust your instincts. but for Gods sake, hone them first
- read children, read like the wind
- please stop worrying, please live in the moment, please be present. this shall pass.this shall pass too.
- i would like us to have an heart to heart even though over the years you have slowly broken mine.

skulls and stuff.

so i have a passion for skulls.
ive just found those amazing drawings tonight made by a guy called alexis marcou, probably french (YES french people do have a gift for creative stuff=)
check it out.

plus.ive always been obsessed by putting emotions into drawings.

well french alexis made it real.

if graffiti changed anything it would be illegal.

so.i miss doing graffiti.

here are some ideas i have and that will come on london walls sooner or later or never.

those are just sentences which are supposed to inpire me to draw the coolest shapes ever.

freakin food.

one of my challenge here is to get really good at making food.(for you suckers who are obviously not believing that i also have those skills, you are very wrong.)

I made those in blue and blackberries ice creams.YES.          

another thing im kind of mastering in.SMOOTHIES. my favourite one : bananas, raspberries, yoghurt, soja milk, cinnamon, lemon juice, cranberry sauce, orange juice.mmmmmmmmmh.

i usually begin my day with this and BAM im happy.

some tips.pasta with feta cheese and grilled tomatoes are wicked.oooooh and i just remembered that Paige and I actually made our home made pasta.worst look ever.it looked like bowels.but mmmmmh.we put some cooked pumpkin, feta cheese, pepppers and spinach.
